"You are Here" Group Support Program

Service Description

As with any journey it is imperative to know (and accept) where you are, before you can map where you are going. Separation and divorce fundamentally alter our life's trajectory and it is important to take time to grieve relationship loss, while also celebrating the opportunity to reimagine the future. Led by a mental health professional, this support group will explore experiential learning. We will co-create the agenda and the quality of our learning by showing up for each other and being present to others' stories. Bearing witness to others' experience offers powerful healing opportunities for the giver, but also for the receiver. We are able to understand and re-see our own story through the experience of others. This group is an opportunity for powerful catharsis, self-awareness, empathetic listening, and community support. This group runs for 10 consecutive weeks. Payment for the entire program is due upfront.
